PROCLAMATION NO. 67

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE LOOC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF LOOC, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON, ISLAND OF TABLAS

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL- ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition and reserve Lot No. 2795, cad, 346-D for school site purposes of the Looc National High School, subject to private rights if any, situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Looc, Province of Romblon, Island of Tablas, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 2795, Cad. 346-D, Tablas Cadastre), situated in the Brgy. of Poblacion, Municipality of Looc, Island of Tablas. Bounded on the N.W., along line 1-2 by National Road; on the N.E., and S.E., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Lot 2797; and on the S.W., along line 5-1 by Lot 2796, both Cad. 346-D, Tablas Cadastre.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 48 deg. 36’E, 607.80 m. from BLLM #1, Cad. 346-D, Looc Cadastre.

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall have administrative juris- diction over the area and may pursue further action leading to the final grant of a Special Patent to the land covered thereby, in favor of Looc National High School.
