MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 67 DECLARING TUESDAY, 4 OCTOBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN WHEREAS, Tuesday, 4 October 2016, marks the Foundation Day of the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Pangasinan; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Infanta, Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion v/ith appropriate ceremonies. a NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 4 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day jn the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Pangasinan.
