PROCLAMATION NO. 67

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 05 OCTOBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 05 October 2022, Wednesday, the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur, will mark the celebration of its 138 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 05 October 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.
