PROCLAMATION NO. 670

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF CORDOVA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL-BAYABAT ANNEX CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BAYABAT, MUNICIPALITY OF AMULUNG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND

OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Bayabat, Municipality of Amulung, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 5751, Pis-567 .

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 5751, Pls-567) as surveyed for Cordova National High School-Bayabat Annex, situated at Barangay Bayabat, Municipality of Amulung, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 5749, Pls-567; on the W., along line 2-3 by Road; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 5753; and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Lot 5750, both of

Pls-567.

Beginning at a point marked “1” of the plan being S. 84 deg. 31’ W., 11881.47 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-567, thence:

N. 83 deg. 57 W., 91.35 m. to point 2; N. 03 deg. O1'W., 89.04 m. to point 3; S. 86 deg. 37’ E., 106.76 m. to point 4; S. 06 deg. 49’ W., 92.91 m. to point of
