BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.670

DECLARING FRIDAY, 6 DECEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MLANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato will celebrate the 5'" Kawayanan Festival during the first week of December,

_.WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Mlang, Cotabato to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Friday, 6 December 2013 be declared as a special (non-working) day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Iil, do hereby declare Friday, 6 December 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mliang, Province of Cotabato.
