BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 670

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on 27 February 2019, Wednesday, the City of General Santos will mark its 80" Founding Anniversary and the 30" Kalilangan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 27 February 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
