BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES “PROCLAMATION NO. 671

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 OCTOBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, the Province of Negros Oriental marks the celebration of the “Bugtasan Festival’ on October 11 - 20, 2013;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Negros Orienta! the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 18 October 2013, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 18 October 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.
