PROCLAMATION NO. 671

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 11 September 2024, Wednesday, the Province of Ilocos Norte will commemorate the 107" birth anniversary of President Ferdinand E. Marcos;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Ilocos Norte be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 11

September 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Ilocos Norte.
