BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 672

DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 16, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, on Friday, July 16, 2004, the City of Lipa will install its new Archbishop, His Eminence Archbishop Ramon C. Arguelles;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to participate in this momentous event.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, July 16, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
