DECLARING THURSDAY, 7 NOVEMBER 2013. AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, BATANGAS
WHEREAS, on Thursday, 7 November 2013, marks the 136" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 7 November 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas.
