TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR WHEREAS, the Clean and Green Foundation, Inc., is a non-govemmental organization that seeks to improve the quality of life of the Filipinos by protecting and improving environment; WHEREAS, the Clean and Green'evive and rehabilitate the Fasig River; 'oundation, Inc., has directed its efforts to lliding WHEREAS, the revival and rehabilitation of Fasig River require urgel"lt Irt from all sectors of society; 'oundation, Inc. has limited resources and WHEREAS, the Clean and Greenunds for this laudable goal; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V.
