PROCLAMATION NO. 673

DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KABANKALAN

WHEREAS, Monday, August 2, 2004, marks the 7 Charter Day

anniversary of the City of Kabankalan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by

order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, August 2, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
