BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.673

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 13 November 2013, the Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley marks the celebration of the “Araw ng Pantukan’” in observance of its Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 13 November 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley.
