PROCLA HYENG MONDSY DECEMBER 24, 1930 A SPECIAL DAY

WHEREAS, Christmas Day Celebration is one of the most cherished traditions of Filipinos;

WHEREAS, in order to afford the people full opportunity to celebrate the same with all its religious fervor, December 24, 1930, a Monday, may well be declared a Special Day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C, AQUINO, President of the

Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, December 24, 1990, a Special Day,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Repulic of the Philippines to be affixed,
