MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 674 DECLARING MONDAY, 4 NOVEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON WHEREAS, Monday, 4 November 2013, marks the remembrance and recognition of the heroism of Hermano Puli, the great man from Lukban, Quezon; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 4 November 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.
