BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 675

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE TOLOSA BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY DONA BRIGIDA, MUNICIPALITY OF TOLOSA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, ISLAND OF LEYTE

Upon réecommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Tolosa Barangay High School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports,’ subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Dofa Brigida, Municipality of Tolosa, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land surveyed as Lot No. 3712, Cad-822-D, Tolosa Cadastre, located at Barangay Dofa Brigida, Muni- cipality of Tolosa, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte. . Bounded on the Northeast (NE), along line 1-2 by Guinarona River; on the Southeast (SE), along line 2-3 by Lot No. 260; along line 3-4 by Lot No. 258; along line 4-5 by Lot No. 256; on the Southwest (SW), along line 5-6 by Guinarona River; along line 6-7 by Lot No. 255; on the Northwest (NW), along line 7-8 by Lot No. 257; and along line 8-1 by Lot No. 259, all of Cad-822-D, Tolosa Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan being S. 14 deg. 28 min. E., 441.25 m. from BLEM No. 1 of Cad-822-D. Tolosa Cadastre; thence:
