PROCLAMATION NO. 676

RESERVING FOR MAAG RESETTLEMENT SITE A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN SITIO MAAG, BARANGAY PENAPLATA, ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for resettlement site purposes, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Sitio Maag, Barangay Pefaplata, Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte, to be disposed of under provisions of the Public Land Act subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 105-C, Csd-11-013409-D

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 105-C, Csd-11-013409-D), being a portion of Lot 105, Pls-532-D, situated in Barangay Maag, Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte. Bounded on the NE., along line 10-11 by Lot 103; on the SE., along line 11-12 by Lot 104, both of Pls-70; along lines 12-13-1 by Lot 105-A of the subdivision plan; on the SW., along lines 12-13-1 by Lot 105-A of the subdivision plan; along line 1-2 by Road; along line 2-3 by lot itself; along lines 4-5-6-7 by Lot 105-B, along line 7-8 by lot itself both of the subdivision plan, along line 8-9 by Lot 2188, Pls-70; on the NE., along line 9-10 by Lot 108, Pls-70.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 39 deg 32’ W., 2,758.99 m. from BBM NO. 9, Pls-532-D, thence;

Points referred are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: all points are by P.S, Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearings true; _ date of original survey, February 1, 1956 — June 30, 1958, and that the subdivision survey July 25, 1997, executed by Geodetic Engineer, Policarpio C. Calda and approved on August 12, 1997.

A Local Inter-Agency Committee (LIAC) is hereby created composed of the Local Government Unit of the City Garden of Samal as Chair, Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council, Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) as members. The LIAC shall prepare the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) _ of this proclamation.
