MALACANAN~ Manila tJ 1941 BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHIT...IPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 677 AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE CANCER SOCIETY, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WHEREAS, the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., authorized under Proclamation No. 480, dated October1994, to conduct a national fund campaign up "to October1995; was10,10, WHEREAS, to enable the Philippine Cancer Society, to carry out its fight against cancer, it is necessary its fund campaign be extended for another year; Inc., that NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to beaffixed.
