MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO,677 DECLARING THURSDAY, 31 OCTOBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PORAC, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA WHEREAS, on Thursday, 31 October 2013, the Municipality of Porac, Pampanga marks the celebration of its 419*^ Foundation Day anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Porac, Pampanga, be given full opportunity to celebiate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO 111, do hereby declare Thursday, 31 October 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Porac, Pampanga.
