DECLARING TUESDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 12 November 2072 marks the celebration of the “4raw ng Valenzuela” Foundation Day anniversary;

the City of Valenzuela in observance of its 390""

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of

Valenzuela be given full Opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare

Tuesday, 12 November 2013, as a Special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela
