BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 678

DECLARING SATURDAY, 02 MARCH 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, on 02 March 2019, Saturday, the Province of La Union will mark the celebration of its 169" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of La Union be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 02 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of La Union.
