MALACANANG Manila . BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 679

DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 23, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG

WHEREAS, Friday, July 23, 2004, marks the 44” Charter Day anniversary of the City of Gingoog;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, July 23, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
