PROCLAMATION NO. 679

DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on Friday, 15 November 2013, the Province of Oriental Mindoro marks the commemoration of its 63" Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 15 November 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
