PROCLAMATION NO. 679

DECLARING THURSDAY, 05 SEPTEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 05 September 2024, Thursday, the City of General Santos, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of the 26'" Tuna Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 05 September 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos, Province of South Cotabato.
