MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 68 RESERVING FOR OFFICE SITE, NURSERY DISTRI­ BUTING CENTER, AND DEMONSTRATION STA­ TION PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DA V AO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture a~1d Natu:ral Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I Diosdado Macapagal, President of the 'Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement " and reserve for office site, nursery distributing center, and demonstration station purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of Agricultural Extension, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Davao, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 2106-B Csd-6067 (Bureau of Agricultural Extension) "A parcel of land (Lot 2106-B of the subdivision vIall Csd-G067, being a portion of Lot 2106, Dayao Townsite, K-7, L.R.C. Re,cord No. ---), situated in the City of Dayao. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by Magallanes Street: on the SE., along lines 2-3-4, by lot 2105, Davao Townsite, K-7; on SW., along line 4-5, by lot 76, Dayao Townsite, K-7; and 011 the NW., along lines 5-'-6-1, by lot 2106-A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" 011 plan, being S. 13 deg. 14' W., 142.89 m. from Mon. 24, Davao Townsite, K-7, thence S. 60· 14' E., 19.58 meters to point 2; thence S. 33· 30'W., 42.00 meters to point 3; thence S. 32 0 33' W., 13.49 meters to point 4; thence N. 59° 15' W., 12.43 meters to point 5; thence N. 21 ° 11' E., 18.91 meters to point 6; thence N. 27° 07' E., 36.55 meters to the point of beginning; containing' un area of 920 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 2 by Old Point, point 3 by Old P.L.S. Cyl. Conc. Mon., point 4 by Old P.L. S./B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mon. and the rest, by B.L. Cyl. COIlC. Mons.; bearings true; date of the original survey, Feb. 1916-May 1920 and that, of the subdivision survey, March 29, 1960 which was approved on Nov. 3, 1961.
