MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 68 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 12 OCTOBER 2016, AS A SPECSAL (NON- WORKING) PAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOIWAS, PAMPANGA WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Pampanga marks its Foundation Anniversary on Wednesday, 12 October 2016; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Pampanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 12 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sto.
