RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MALTANA BARENGAY: HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF. THE PUBL&Z DOMAIN SITUATED IN MALTANA, TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTASATO,. ISLAND: OF MINDANAO.

Upon “Recommendation of the Secretary of EnvirOnment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested im me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philipmines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settle- ment and reserve for school site purposes of the Maltama Barangay High School, under the administration of the Bepart- ment of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to PYrimte rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Maltana, Municipality of Zampakan, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao and mow parti- cularly described as follows: -
