DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM JULY 18 TO 23, 1960, AS ADVERTISING WEEK

WHEREAS, it is desirable that the vital role played by advertising in the promotion of our economic and social progress be brought to the attention of the people;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from July 18 to 23, 1960, as Advertising Week.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty, and of the Independence, of the Philippines, the fourteenth.
