PROCLAMATION NO. 681

DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- -WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, Monday, August 2, 2004, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Butuan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, co hereby declare Monday, August 2, 2004, as special (non- -working) day in the City of Butuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
