PROCLAMATION NO. 681

DECLARING SATURDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 21 September 2024, Saturday, the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal will mark the celebration of its 452"4 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mateo be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby daclare Saturday, 21 September 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal.
