DECLARING FRIDAY, 08 MARCH 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, on 08 March 2019, Friday, the Province of Compostela Valley will mark its 21°' Founding Anniversary and the 12" Bulawan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 08 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.
