PROCLAMATION NO. 683

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 936 DATED AUGUST 11, 1997, WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE CITY OF OLONGAPO, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR THE USE OF THE CITY OF OLONGAPO BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP OVER THE PARCELS OF LAND RESERVED FOR ITS USE EXCEPT THOSE PORTIONS RESERVED AND BEING UTILIZED FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 936 dated August 11, 1997, which reserved certain parcels of land of the public domain located in the City of Olongapo, by granting ownership in favor of the City of Olongapo over the parcels of land reserved for its use except those parcels which are reserved and utilized for school site purposes, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:
