PROCLAMATION NO. 683

DECLARING THURSDAY, 14 MARCH 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASSI, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, on 14 March 2019, Thursday, the City of Passi, Province of lloilo, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary as a component city; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Passi be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 14 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Passi, Province of Iloilo.
