IRRARY T\49dnila FE B 11 1991 BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Jr~!)~ PROCLAMATION NO. 684 AUTHORIZING THE CHRISTIAN FOR CULION DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WHERE,AS, the Christian for Culion Development Founda- tion, Incis a non-stock, non-profit organization committed to help in the total community development of Culion and its neighboring islands and implement varios programs in socio- economic, educational, medical and spir'itual development projects; WHEREAS, the Christian for Culion Development Foundation, Inc. project deserves the wholehearted support and cooperation of the public; NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Christian for CuI ion Development Founda- tion, Inc., to conduct a national educational and fund cam- paign for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation. . For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts re- ceived by the Christian for Culion Development Foundation, Inc. for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Sections 94 (a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 (h) (2) (C) (i) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended. -0 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
