BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 684

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 OCTOBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARVACAN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

WHEREAS, on 23 October 2024, Wednesday, the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur will mark the celebration of the Aldaw Ti Wayawaya-lli A Narvacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Narvacan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur.
