BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 685

FURTHER EXTENDING THE PERIOD OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE TAHANAN OUTREACH PROJECTS AND SERVICES, INC. (TOPS), UP TO FEBRUARY 20 1992

WHERBAS, the extension granted to the Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc. (TOPS) to conduct a national educational, and membership fund campaign under Proclamation No. 527, series of 1990, will expire on February 20, 1991;

WHEREAS, TOPS needs additional time to conduct its campaign to enable it to raise funds to support its various programs and projects;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby further extend the period of the national educa- tional, membership and fund campaign of the Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc. (TOPS), up to February 20, 1992.

For this purpose, all donations, bequests, and gifts received by the Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc. for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Sections 94 (a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 (h) (2) (C) (i) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
