BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 685

DECLARING MONDAY, 2 DECEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASAY

WHEREAS, the City of Pasay marks. its 150" Foundation Day anniversary on Monday, 2 December 2013;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pasay be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 2 December 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pasay
