BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 685

DECLARING TUESDAY, 19 MARCH 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABONG, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bongabong, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of the “Sulyog Festival” on 17 to 19 March 2019;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Bongabong to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Tuesday, 19 March 2019, be declared a special non-working day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bongabong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 19 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bongabong, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
