PROCLAMATION NO. 687

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SIMSIMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF SIMSIMAN, MUNICIPALITY OF NORALA, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon™recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes*of the SIMSIMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private:'rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Simsiman, Municipality of Norala, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao which is more parti- cularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, situated in the Barangay of Simsiman, Municipality of Norala, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the W. and N. along lines 1-2 and 3 by Lot No. 12, Gss-413, on the E. along line 3-4 by Lot No. 14, Gss-413, on the S. along line 4-5 by Road, on the W. along line 5-1 by Lot No. 11, Gss-413. Beginning at a point marked "1" Lot 13, Gss-413, being S. 37 deg. 05' W., 4084.31 m. from BLLM No. 38, Norala, South Cotabato. Thence,

N. 03 deg. 54' E., 39.51 m. to point 2; N. 87 deg. 51' E., 96.76 m. to point 3; S. 00 deg. 46' E., 204.98 m. to point 4; S. 89 deg. 21' W., 100.00 m. to point 5; N. 00 deg. 45' W., 163.06 m. to point

of beginning; containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT SQUARE METERS (20,298 SQ. M.), more or less. All points are marked on the ground by PS cyc. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm., bearings true. This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulation promulgated thereunder by C. Catudan, Public Land Surveyor, on July 12, 1960.
