BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 687

DECLARING FRIDAY, 29 MARCH 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBUSAO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ

WHEREAS, on 29 March 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mambusao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 29 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz.
