PROCLAMATION NO. 687

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 SEPTEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL WORKING DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIA AURORA, PROVINCE OF AURORA

WHEREAS, Maria Aurora Aragon Quezon, the first daughter of President Manuel L. Quezon and Aurora Aragon Quezon was born on 23 September 1919;

WHEREAS, on 23 September 2024, Monday, the Municipality of Maria Aurora will commemorate the birth anniversary of Maria Aurora Aragon Quezon;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Maria Aurora be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |!, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 23 September 2024, a special working day in the Municipality of Maria Aurora, Province of Aurora.
