PROCLAMATION NO. 689

DECLARING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF KALOOKAN

WHEREAS, Saturday, February 16, 1991, marks the 29th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Kalookan;

WHEREAS, the people of Kalookan City should be given full opportunity to celebrate this occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, February 16, 1991, asa special day in the City of Kalookan. The day shall be a non-working special day.
