Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 689

DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Friday, September 3, 2004, marks the 36” Charter Foundation anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 3, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
