MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 69 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE ~MAGUERA .ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF PALIGUE, 11-UNICIPALITY OF ~GONOY, PROVINtE OF_DAVAObEL UR, ISLAND OF -»INDANAO' Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philip- pines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and re- serve for school site purposes of the Romaguera Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Educa- tion, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain si- tuated in the Barangay of Patigue, Municipality of Hagonoy, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described, to wit: "A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 5446, Cad-275) Sta. CruzCadastre, situated in the Barangay of paligue, Municipality of Hagonoy, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE, along line 1-2 by Lot 5447-C, Psd-692ll; on the SE, along line 2-3 by Road; on the SW, along line 3-4 by Lot 5447-A, Psd-692ll and on the NW, along line 4-1 by Lot 5447-B, Psd-692ll. Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 5446 Cad-275, Sta. Cruz Cadastre, being N 87-28'W. 828.78 m. from BLLM No: 132, P-265, Sta. Cruz Cadastre. Thence.
