Proclamation No. 690, s. 2013 - Signed on November 26, 2013: Amending Proclamation No. 406 (s. 2003), which reserved certain parcels of land situated in Liwasang Bonifacio, district of Ermita, City of Manila, Island of Luzon for building site purposes of the Philippine Postal Corporation by segregating a portion of the land embraced therein, reserving the same as site of the head office of the Philippine Postal Savings Bank, Inc. and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Philippine Postal Savings Bank, Inc.
