DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 9, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ABRA

WHEREAS, Saturday, March 9, 1991, marks the 74th Charter Anniversary of the Province of Abra;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Abra be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremony;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON €. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the ppwers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I, of the Revised Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, March 9, 1991, as a special day in the Province of Abra.
