DECLARING THURSDAY, 21 MARCH 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 21 March 2019, Thursday, the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of its 21° Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calapan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Thursday, 21 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
