PROCLAMATION NO. 691

DECLARING MONDAY, 21 OCTOBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIBUTU, PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI

WHEREAS, on 21 October 2024, Monday, the Municipality of Sibutu, Province of Tawi-Tawi will mark the celebration of its creation as a municipality;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sibutu be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 21 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sibutu, Province of Tawi-Tawi.
