PROCLAMATION NO, 692

DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN ZAMBOANGA CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 26, 1991, marks the Charter Anniversary of Zamboanga City;

WHEREAS, the people of Zampganga City should be given the opportunity to celebrate thig historic event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON GQ. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 26, 1991, as a special day in Zamboanga City,
