BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 692

DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED AT CANLUBANG, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA, AS AN INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING CARMELRAY INDUSTRIAL PARK I-SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate a parcel of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 13- 149 (s. 2013) of the PEZA Board of Directors, located at Caniubang, Calamba City, Laguna, as an inclusion to the existing Carmelray Industrial Park 1|-Special Economic Zone, with an aggregate area of One Hundred One Thousand One Hundred Forty-Five (101,145) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 3, Pcs-04-010975 TCT No. T-163820

A parcel of land (Lot 3, of the consolidation subdivision plan Pcs-04-010975, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 26 to 49, 52 to 55, Road Lots 3-A and 10, Pcs-043405-008347, LRC Record No.), situated in the Barangay of Canlubang, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna.

Bounded on the NW., along line1-2 by Road Lot 1 of the consol. subd. plan; on the NW., along lines 2-3 by Road Lot 3, Pcs-043405-008347; on the NE., along lines 3-4-5-6 by Road Lot 2; on the SE., along lines 6-7 by Road Lot 4; on the SW., along lines 7-8-9-1 by Road Lot 1, all of the consol. subd. plan.
